How do I order a Dual Steri-Sealer?

 

​The Dual Steri-Sealer can be purchased on our website. Click here to go to our order page. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We accept hospital purchase orders or company purchase orders by phone at 815-356-9600. Orders can also be faxed to 815-356-9603.

 
 
Payment Details

 

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept hospital and company purchase orders. Once an account has been established typical terms are NET 15 days.

All sealers are manufactured and shipped from our facility in Woodstock, IL

 
Shipping & Returns

 

​All items are shipped from our facility in Woodstock, IL.

 

Service parts are kept in stock and ship within 2 business days. New machines are also kept in stock and ship in 1-5 business days. 

 

All service parts are shipped for $7 for the first item plus $4 for each additional item domestically. Shipping on a new machine is $35 domestically. International orders and express shipping carry an additional fee. 

GAMA Electronics, Inc. warrants to the customer for a period of one year (unless otherwise indicated) from date of shipment that the goods at the time of shipment will be free from defects of material and workmanship and will be in accordance with specifications which are made a part of the sales contract by reference thereto. 

 

Any used service part cannot be returned. Unused parts can be returned for a refund (less shipping costs) for a period of 60 days.

Please contact customer service for an RMA prior to returning any parts or equipment.

Consumables and Service parts

All consumables and service parts are available for sale on our Steri-Sealer website. It is reccomended that you purchase a spare set of consumable parts to have on hand. We would reccomend (1) Teflon Cloth Roll, (1) Wide Silicone Rubber Pad and (1) Narrow Silicone Rubber Pad.

Warranty and Terms of Sale

GAMA Electronics, Inc. warrants to the customer for a period of one year (unless otherwise indicated) from date of shipment that the goods at the time of shipment will be free from defects of material and workmanship and will be in accordance with specifications which are made a part of the sales contract by reference thereto. GAMA Electronics Inc.'s sole obligation under the foregoing warranties will be limited to either, at GAMA Electronics Inc.'s option, replacing or repairing defective goods or refunding the purchase price for such goods theretofore paid by the customer, and the customer's exclusive remedy for breach of any such warranties will be enforcement of such obligation of GAMA Electronics, Inc. This warranty, however, (a) extends only to, and is intended for the benefit only of customer (original Purchaser), and does not obligate, and shall not be construed to obligate, GAMA Electronics Inc. to any person or organization other than the customer, (b) is effective only when the customer returns such defective part or parts to GAMA Electronics Inc.'s factory, transportation prepaid, immediately upon customer's discovery of the defect in question; (c) is not effective when the part or product in question, is or has been, operated beyond rated capacity, used or applied improperly, or used with parts which are not made or recommended by GAMA Electronics Inc.; and (d) does not render GAMA Electronics, Inc. liable for any claim or claims for damages which may result, directly or indirectly, from any defect in any part or parts manufactured by GAMA Electronics, Inc.; except to replace the part or parts in question.

Prior to returning any material an RMA must be created at GAMA Electronics, Inc.
